    How We Handle Your Information

    Last updated: 9/17/2026

    The short version

    • Your provider uses our software to run their scheduling, reminders, payments, and review requests. We work for them. They decide what happens to your information; we follow their instructions under a contract with them.
    • We collect what's needed to book your appointment, remind you about it, take a payment if you make one, and — if your provider asks us to — invite you to leave a review.
    • We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to advertise to you or share it with advertising or social media platforms.
    • The online booking form does not collect your precise location. If you separately use our Scheduling App and turn on location services there, that app may collect your location — that's covered by the app's own privacy information, not this notice.
    • We are not your medical records system. Your health records stay with your provider.
    • Questions about your information are best answered by your provider's office. If they need us, we help them.

    The detail

    1. Who we are, and who we work for

ALOHA, Inc. makes software for healthcare practices. Your provider is our customer. When you use their booking page, receive their reminder messages, pay them, or get a review invitation from them, our software is doing that work for your provider, under a contract with them. Under that contract we act as your provider's business associate — a role defined by federal health privacy law (HIPAA).

    2. What we collect, and when

When you book an appointment: your provider collects your name, phone number, email address, date of birth, and appointment date and time through our software. When your provider sends reminders or messages using our software, we process your phone number and email address to deliver them.

    3. Cookies and similar technology

Your provider's booking form uses a small number of cookies to keep your session working while you pick a time and submit the form. We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on the booking form.

    4. Why we collect it

To book, confirm, remind, reschedule, and record your appointments; to process payments you choose to make; to send the messages your provider has asked us to send; and to keep the service secure.

    5. What we don't do

We don't sell your information. We don't use it to advertise to you. We don't share it with advertising networks or social media platforms.

    6. Questions & Contact

Your provider's office is the fastest route for anything about your appointment or your records. For questions about this notice, email support@getaloha.com.

    Frequently Asked Questions

If you've ever gone to a large medical clinic where you had to park far away, couldn't find your way around, and had to wait for a long time, you know how frustrating health care can be. But it doesn't have to be that way! Our clinic is smaller and easier to manage. Our staff will welcome you, and we'll even remember your name!

Chiropractic care consists of several visits, with each one building on the ones before. It's important that you feel comfortable and enjoy the experience of feeling healthier. So take time to check out all the information on our website. Be sure to look at our doctor's unmatched education, public service, awards, and experience. Then, contact us to make an appointment so we can get to know you.

First Visit: Identify your issues through subjective and objective findings. Potential adjustment on first visit.

Second Visit: We'll report what we found and answer all your questions, and create a treatment plan.

Regular Visit: A typical visit will be much shorter with just an adjustment.

Losing anything, especially your health, will require an investment of your time and money to recover it. Rest assured that our fees are competitive with other offices in the Madison area. Once we have an opportunity to evaluate your case, we'll explain what we've found and what we think it will take for you to get well, and just as important, to stay well.

Insurances we accept: Aetna, Quartz (Dr. Beatty is not currently in network with Quartz), Blue Cross Blue Shield or Anthem, Health EOS, Cigna, Humana, Medicare, Medicaid, Physicians Mutual, Physicians Plus POS, Dean Care POS, Worker's Comp, and Personal Injury. There may be insurances not on this list that we are in network with. To find out if we are in network with your insurance, please give us a call. Although we are in-network with these insurance companies, we stress that it is the patient's responsibility to contact their insurance company prior to their first visit to verify their chiropractic coverage and benefits.

We also offer an option for those who don't use or have insurance. Give us a call to find out how this option might work for you! No referral is ever needed to consult a chiropractor.
